Thursday, June 7th marks the beginning of the 46th season of Glendale’s popular Summer Band Concert Series. The Glendale Summer Band is a group of around 100 musicians who perform show tunes, marches and ballads at these free concerts and is the longest running community band in the state. Bring your own seating and enjoy music under the stars! The concerts begin at 8pm at the Murphy Park Amphitheater, 59th Avenue and Glenn Drive. The series runs every Thursday evening from June 7th to July 26th, with a special Fourth of July performance on June 28th.
