It's Official Folks - Foreclosure Filings Are Dropping
You've heard the speculation for months now, it's all over the news. It almost sounds like Chicken Little and his famous last words: "The Sky Is Falling! The Sky Is Falling!"
Well in this case, the sky isn't falling but the Metro 
Phoenix foreclosure activity rate is. Arizona sources are now reporting March activity which shows that the number of pre-foreclosures fell almost to the same level of foreclosures. Sources are also showing that new foreclosure filings have fallen over the last several months.
