Generous referral fees. We pay a 25% referral fee for any sales price over $180,000. Anything under $180,000 is 20%. (Due to amount of work, time and staffing hours involved we needed to develop a tiered system)
NO upfront fees, costs or charges to your client.
We process all our shorts sales in-house. This allows us to keep you updated on a weekly basis and we have total CONTROL over your referrals file.
We have trained short sale staff to ensure that your referral clients transaction is submitted timely, followed up with consistently and all required paperwork is in the file and submitted to the lender. I personally handle all files once they go into negotiatons.
