- 25% for all homes SOLD over $125,000
- 20% for all homes SOLD $100,000 to $124,999
- 15% for all homes SOLD $80,000 to $99,999
- 0% for all homes SOLD less than $80,000 (sorry, but we can't justify the time and resources involved)
NO upfront fees, costs or charges to your client.
We process all our shorts sales in-house. This allows us to keep you updated on a weekly basis and we have total CONTROL over your referrals file.
We have trained short sale staff to ensure that your referral clients transaction is submitted timely, followed up with consistently and all required paperwork is in the file and submitted to the lender. I personally handle all files once they go into negotiations.
